Step-by-step size guide:

1. Measure the widest point of each nail with a tape measure.

2. Write down your measurements for future reference.

3. Compare your measurements with the image below. For example, if your thumb nail is 17mm, take size S. If it is 19mm, take size M and file the false nail before application.
